The Lady Mary Inn, a Queen Anne-Eastlake Victorian style manor was built with entertaining in mind. The expansive rooms and flowing layout make hosting a gathering here feel intimate while accommodating larger groups. The Private Dining Room –
The formal dining room of the manor works perfectly for private dinners and functions. Ornate woodwork, rich fabrics and sparkling crystals make the setting for any occasion fit for royalty.

$500 food and beverage minimum for 4 hours

The First Floor and Gardens -
Originally designed for hosting parties, the rooms on the first floor graciously flow into each other allowing plenty of space for guests to mingle. The gilded detail of the Manor creates a magical setting for your event.
Accommodates up to 70 people for a cocktail party style event

- July, August and September Weekend
$1500 food and beverage minimum for 4 hours

Buffum House Banquet Room & Living Room
Located in the building next door to the Manor, this house, originally built for the Buffum family, houses a multipurpose banquet room is flexible to accommodate customizable bridal showers, birthday parties, corporate meetings and more.
Accommodates up to 55 people for a seated event
or 70 people for a cocktail party style event

Wiggles Lounge -
Tucked away in the basement, the “dive bar within the manor” provides a unique setting for dancing and an after party or even a bachelor party. This space, with a billiard table, dance space and lounge has an alter ego vibe to the opulent first floor.
