The Lady Mary Inn, a Queen Anne-Eastlake Victorian style manor was built with entertaining in mind. The expansive rooms and flowing layout make hosting a gathering here feel intimate while accommodating larger groups. This page provides details for the space to be rented for events that do not require overnight accommodations.

The Private Dining Room –
Accommodates up to 16 people
$500 food and beverage minimum for 4 hours

The First Floor and Gardens - off season
Accommodates up to 70 people
$1200 food and beverage minimum for 4 hours

July, August and September Weekend First Floor and Gardens-
Accommodates up to 70 people
$1500 food and beverage minimum for 4 hours

Room Rental Fee is included in food and beverage minimums.

The Full Manor
Includes event space and overnight accommodations

Deposit:
25% required to secure the reservation

Capacity:
Dining Room - up to 16 people
First Floor - up to 70 people

Parking:
Complimentary, on-site parking is available for all events
Complimentary EV Charger on site for guests.

Our partner, Copper Kettle Catering, is the exclusive caterer for The Inn. This local catering team makes it easy to host memorable events with beautifully prepared, seasonally inspired food. Their completely customizable menus bring warmth, flavor, and ease to every occasion.
