The Lady Mary Inn is a Queen Anne-Eastlake Victorian style manor located in North Berwick, Maine.  Conveniently located close to several wedding venues, golf courses and the coast, it is the perfect place for any gathering from wedding parties, family reunions, holiday gatherings, to themed friends get away weekends.

The Manor includes five spacious guests’ suites, each with their own private bathrooms. There are an additional two bonus bedrooms and shared full bathroom on the third floor.  The grand common areas, including the library, dining room, first floor ½ bath, kitchen, pool table room and back porch overlooking the garden are great for get-togethers, family meals or socializing.

Check In and Out:
Traditional check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. We are happy to work with guests who need an earlier or later check-in time, please call the Inn to make arrangements. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

Rates:
Two nights minimum
$1850 per night for the five suites and common spaces, up to 10 people
$50 per night for guests, 11 to 14
9% Maine Lodging Tax

Deposit:
25% of the lodging total is required to secure the reservation

Catering:
With a full manor rental, breakfast is included each morning, but guests have the option of enhancing their stay by hosting private group events and dinners, like rehearsal dinner, sendoff brunches, welcome receptions, or family dinners.
