Celebration Package
Enjoy a timeless celebration in a historic setting. This package includes everything you need for a beautiful ceremony and reception, with professional support to make your day seamless and stress-free.

The Ceremony and Reception (5 hours):
You have five (5) hours of access to the following areas of the property available for your celebration:First Floor of the Manor
Banquet Room at Buffum House
The porch and gardens (seasonal)
Each of these location has unique charms (see map at bottom of page).
Wedding Party Access:
Five hours prior to ceremony, the wedding party will have access to the first floor of the Manor, as well as The Wedding Suite at Buffum House—the perfect spot for the wedding party to get ready.Planning & Coordination:
This package includes: Four scheduled planning sessions leading up to your event, as well as a dedicated, in-house wedding coordinator on the day of your celebrationAmenities Included:
Set-up and breakdown of all ceremony, and reception furniture. (Breakdown of all florals and personal décor is the responsibility of the wedding party.)
On-site parking is available for the wedding party and all guests.All taxes included
Securing A Date: a $2500 deposit is required to secure the date.

Accomodation Package
Extend your celebration with the comfort of overnight accommodations (up to 6 guests) and the charm of a rehearsal dinner on-site. This package is designed for couples who want to enjoy more time with family and friends while experiencing the full hospitality of the Inn.

These lovely locations are available to you to customize your unique celebration:
The Manor
First Floor - Originally designed for hosting parties, the rooms on the first floor graciously flow into each other allowing plenty of space for guests to mingle. The gilded detail of the Manor creates the perfect setting for your event.
The Gardens - The ornately spindled porch and porte cochere on the back of the manor are surrounded by a curated English garden that does not disappoint in any season. Use the shaded lawn for your ceremony and let the manor be the backdrop for your special moment.
Wiggles Lounge - Tucked away in the basement, the “dive bar within the manor” provides a unique setting for dancing and an after party. This space, with a billiard table, dance space and lounge has an alter ego vibe to the opulent first floor.
Buffum House
Banquet Room - This neutral space allows for a variety of configurations for your event. For seated dinners, this space accommodates up to 55 people. Use this as a rehearsal dinner space for toasts and laughs the night before or as a part of the day of ceremony festivities.
Wedding Suite - A space designed for the logistics required leading up to your event, this suite provides all the required necessities - ample lighting and mirrors for hair and makeup, plenty of seating for the bridal party and space for all “the stuff” - without sacrificing the historic charm of the property.
